Online Returns Administrator (Milton Point)

Context:

Milton Point Hub is the Southern Flagship operation for Oxfam Online Shop and receives a high volume of quality donated stock daily. Our team work together to identify desirable items and create listings in order to offer them for sale online to a worldwide audience. This role would involve administration of the online returns, which is a significant contribution to ensuring our customers ongoing satisfaction.

Please note we offer a number of flexible roles covering sorting, hanging, photography, listing and customer care which can be built around your experience and what you want to achieve out of volunteering with Oxfam.

Ideally, you will be able to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours per week (but, this can be flexible upon availability).

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing online customer returns.
  • Using Microsoft Excel and internal programmes to accurately identify returned product in order to log details for our customer care team.
  • Quality controlling returned items for re-sale.

Skills and competencies:

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
