Sunday Shift Supervisor Ipswich


Oxfam Ipswich is looking for a volunteer who can supervise a team of volunteers on Sundays.

This very busy town centre shop also trades online.

Key responsibilities:

Welcoming and sorting donations in partnership with the shop team.

End of day cash reconciliation and banking preparation.

Adhering to the shop's H&S policy guidelines.

Maintaining retail standards.

Customer service and implementing promotions updates.

Undertaking training to accumulate an understanding of Oxfam's values of empowerment, inclusivity and accountability.

Supervise a Sunday team of volunteers in the absence of the shop manager once trained in all aspects of team and shop supervision.

Skills and competencies:

Ability to volunteer as part of a fun and friendly team.

Adaptability and flexibility.

Basic computer skills.

Confident communicator.
