Currently live they play an original up-tempo jig-able good-time country set with a couple of covers thrown in (such as Creedence Clearwater Revival's 'Proud Mary') to incorporate all our band members for a powerful, high-energy sound. They also have an original folk set, alternately sweetly evocative, atmospheric and mesmerically tribal, with an emphasis on violin, congas/cajon, banjo and flute.

Description
Hailing from Oxford, the 2 girl/2 boy Half Rabbits sound like all the strongest bits of intelligent art-rock like Muse, Shellac and iLiKETRAiNS, crossed with the darker, poppier ideas from Smashing Pumpkins, Pixies and Joy Division. Driven by their passion for creating music that comes from the heart, they’ve so far received critical acclaim from people like Rolling Stone and Drowned in Sound.
