Join the Oxjam team

Want to learn all about how Oxjam works, and to be at the heart of making it happen in 2012? These roles could be for you. We looking for outstanding individuals to work with us across the UK to recruit, train and support some of our best volunteers. See below for full role descriptions, and how to apply.

THE DEADLINE FOR THESE ROLES HAS NOW PASSED

Oxjam is made up of hundreds of events happening across the UK, throughout the month of October. All this is coordinated by a small team of staff and volunteer interns based in Oxfam's headquarters in Oxford, or in one of our regional offices. The roles we're now recruiting for work directly with the volunteers who'll be organising some of our biggest and best events. The Regional Support Executive (RSE) roles work to directly support some of our best teams and individuals in their area. The Training Events Exec will lead on the training weekends that we run for the same groups.

See below for full role descriptions, as well as information about the skills and experience that we're looking for. These roles are all voluntary, and are 3 days per week. The Training Events role lasts until August; the Regional Support Execs will be with us till November.

To apply for any of these roles, download the form and send it back to us by 12th February - please email the completed form to nbryer@oxfam.org.uk. Please specify in the subject line which role/region you are applying for.

Interviews will be in mid-February (dates will vary by region), and all roles will start on 12th March.

APPLICATION FORM FOR BOTH ROLES

Training Events Exec role profile (position is based in Oxford)

Regional Support Exec role profile (for London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow)

Community Fundraising Support Exec role profile (based in Cardiff)

Please note: the role in Cardiff is slightly different, as the successful applicant there will be working on both Oxjam and other fundraising projects that Oxfam Cymru are involved with.
