Once you've registered on the Oxjam website you can add your event to the line-up, promote your event online, use our handy poster generator and pay in the money you’re raised. You’ll also be able to contact other Oxjam people near you and download a host of resources including further tips on organising and promoting your event, a guide to writing press releases, more fundraising ideas, sponsorship forms, logos, event visuals, banners and sample posters.
The brand new Oxjam 2011 Toolkit has all you need to know about running an unforgettable Oxjam event. It's jam packed with useful tips and ideas for picturing, planning and promoting your event. And the step-by-step event planner means you can tick things off as you go, helping you right up to the big day. Register as an organiser and you'll get sent one in the post. It's also downloadable online.
In June and July we hold training days across the UK, supported by our industry partner O2 Academies. These events give you the chance to meet and talk with industry experts, share ideas with other Oxjam event organisers, learn the basics of event production and promotions and find out more about where the money you raise will go.
