Training Plans

A structured training schedule is an essential part of any runner's preparation - and it's also a great way to make sure you're mixing things up and not increasing your mileage too quickly.

The plans on this page are a great place to start, but feel free to customise them so they fit into your life.

Marathon

Be consistent in your marathon training and you'll get to that start line confident and injury-free.

Yelling Performance have created three training plans for our marathon runners. Have a look through them and see which is best for you - beginner, improver or advanced.

These plans follow a 16-week countdown to race day, but you'll need to start earlier to improve your general fitness and prepare your body for the 16-week plan.
