About the 2012 Great South Run
The Great South Run will be entering its 22nd year in 2012. Run alongside 24,000 others through Southsea and Portsmouth and take in some of Britain's great naval heritage including the HMS Victory.
The course is flat and fast, so is seen as a good event to bridge the gap between the 10km and half marathon distances.
Oxfam GB is not in partnership with nor endorse third party event sponsors linked to this event.
