About Oxfam in the south west of England

The south west team campaigns to influence decision makers, like MPs, to work with local media to get coverage for our issues, with youth and young people to engage and empower them on key concerns and with campaigners in local groups or as individuals in key centres and universities.

Oxfam south west Campaigns office covers the south west region of the UK. This comprises the counties of: Cornwall (Kernow), Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, Bath and north east Somerset, Wiltshire, south Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire.

The campaigns team consists of a public affairs co-ordinator, a media campaigner, an activism co-ordinator and a youth and schools specialist.

We're also working with a range of national and regional coalitions and partnerships to support and build a wider movement to fight poverty and injustice.

We are currently campaigning on the GROW campaign, the Arms Trade Treaty, and Essential Services.
