Oxfam Collects at Work

Oxfam Collects at Work is the workplace donation scheme that frees up your time and cuts down on clutter, while helping to fight poverty in poor communities around the world.

It's an employee-engaging initiative for any socially responsible business that's easy to set up and doesn't add to your workload. The ease and convenience of our scheme means it can fit into any workplace in a way that suits you. Every staff member who signs up receives a personalised report on how much their donations have raised.

Fill out this form to make an enquiry or get started now by following these 4 easy steps.

How it works

1. Bag up

Your employees just need to bag up their donations - clothes, books, accessories, DVDs etc - and bring them to work. Any bag will do.

2. Drop off

They drop their bags off at a central donation point at work.

3. We collect

We collect, sort and sell the donations.

4. Big impact

Your employees raise vital funds for Oxfam's work around the world.

What our partners say

We're pitched to all the time. But this one's so easy: it's a workplace giving scheme, it's recycling, it provides internal engagement and you know how much you've raised.

All I can say is that the initiative was seamless, the people professional, very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The initiation of the scheme was well managed, contact information was clear and all of the required parts, such as bags, labels and information were here on launch day.

This scheme is a new and innovative way for companies to help reduce the amount of clothing that goes to landfill. Our employees have been particularly inspired by the fact that you can now find out how much your donations raise and what this means for Oxfam. It works for us as a company, it's a great way to engage employees and, of course, it's a fantastic way to help towards Oxfam's programme work, so everyone wins.
