The Oxfam Shop receives donations of second hand clothing. We aim to sell as many of these items as possible for the best possible price. To do this we have to identify the most sale-worthy items and display them in such a way to attract customers.
Ideally you will be able to offer up to 8 hours a week. Days are flexible.
Receiving and sorting clothing donations.
Researching prices for clothing.
Pricing and placing clothing on our shop floor.
Arranging shop window displays to attract customers.
Skills and competencies:
A knowledge and/or interest in fashion/clothing.
The ability to create eye-catching displays.
Good self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative
