We are looking for a volunteer who can work with enthusiasm in helping to maximise the sale of books in the Whitworth Park shop. This role should appeal to anyone who has an interest in reading and who can help organise our book department.
Hours are flexible but ideally you should be able to offer at least four hours per week.
Sorting through book donations to identify saleable items and categorising them for display.
Pricing books according to shop standards.
Maintaining the book section within the sales area of the shop to create eye-catching displays.
Although the key role is to manage book sales, there may the the opportunity for occasional work operating the till.
