Donate items to us

We always need new stock and will gladly receive donations of all the product lines that we sell, clothing, books, music, homewares, accessories. We are committed to obtaining the highest possible price for any item that is donated to us, ideally by selling through the shop or occasionally via a local auctioneer. Whatever you donate, we will research the item and price it accordingly, every penny counts.

There are some items that we cannot sell:
- Electrical goods
- Damaged or broken items
- Safety items like crash helmets and children's car seats

In fact it costs Oxfam money to dispose of these items.

Volunteer with us

We rely on volunteers to open and operate the shop and thus generate sales which enables Oxfam to fund projects to enrich the lives of some of the poorest people in the world. The link is simple; the more volunteers we have, the longer the shop is open and the more money we make. If you can spare a few hours a week you can make a personal difference to people without access to clean water, without sufficient food to feed their families or unable to pay for their child's education.  Call in for a chat, ring or fill in the form below if you can help.

If you're interested in volunteering, we'd love to hear from you. Just fill in your details below and we'll get in touch.
