To make any changes to your personal information (address, phone number etc) you will need to contact us.
We aim to reply personally to all emails within 2 working days (working days are Monday to Friday). You will know we've received your email if you receive an automatic bounceback, which you should receive within around an hour of sending your email. If you haven't received a reply within 2 working days and because of the nature of your email you need an immediate answer - then please do give us a call on 0300 200 1266.
