Head of UK Programme

Rachael leads all of Oxfam GB's work on UK programmes and works with teams in England, Scotland and Wales. She leads the design and delivery of Oxfam programme work, and delivers hard hitting campaigns and an advocacy agenda tackling poverty and inequality across the UK.

UK Senior Programme Manager

Justin joined Oxfam in 2014, after 7 years working in youth development and campaigns at Save the Children, and before that working for a number of community organisations in the youth sector. In his current role he oversees our programme work across the UK, supports project development, fundraising, communications and heads up the England team.

Development Manager

Graham's principle role is to create exciting new projects across England, Scotland, and Wales and then to secure funding for them. He also supports the monitoring and evaluation of Oxfam's ongoing work in the UK. Graham has worked for Oxfam's UK programme since 2006.

Senior Policy Advisor

Graham Whitham joined Oxfam as the Senior Policy Advisor on UK Poverty and Inequality in October 2015, having spent six years leading on Save the Children's UK poverty policy, advocacy and campaigns work. His current role involves leading on the development of Oxfam's UK Poverty policy work and managing and developing a range of UK poverty research projects.

Sophie's role is to develop and implement innovative and ambitious programmes. She leads and support the design, development, delivery and evaluation of programmes in the UK, which aim to identify and tackle the root causes of poverty and empower people living in poverty. She is also a gender champion for the UK Programme, working to ensure that women's rights are at the heart of our work.

Andrew Curtis

London Programme Manager

Andrew oversees the strategic development of new programme work for Oxfam based in London. He has over thirty years experience in the not-for-profit sector in Australia- in both hands-on service delivery and academic enquiry and analysis. Amongst other work, he is the founder of 'Hope Street' in Australia, an organisation established to empower the most marginalised people in the inner city of Sydney to achieve a full and meaningful life. He remained there as CEO for 11 years. He is also the co-founder and director of the Dragonfly Collective- - a social business working with others to tackle Inequality.

Mary Cronley

England Office Manager

Mary joined Oxfam's UK Poverty Programme team in 2000. She work closely with the UK Senior Programme Manager on the operation and implementation of our work in England. She also proves logistical support to Programme Managers to ensure effective delivery and monitoring of the programme, and leads on key systems and strategy projects. She also provides general facilities management for the Manchester office.

Project Officer

Beth project manages our pilot Future Skills Project in Greater Manchester; enabling groups of women to develop their confidence, skills and work experience through volunteering, training and mentoring. Beth has significant experience of programme management, social enterprise, and youth and community work.

Amy Hill

Raising Voices Officer

Amy joined Oxfam in 2015 after several years as a journalist at the BBC. Amy's job is to communicate the work of the UK Programme to a wide audience including the public, the sector and other parts of Oxfam. She is also aims to empower people we work with through our programmes to get their voices heard, and their issues on the table.

Eliza joins us from the Oxfam Trainee Scheme, and supports our London Programme Manager with research, partner liaison, and programme work design.
