Emma Scott, Elizabeth Killoran and April Atkinson are hosting a Get Together at La Bodega Tapas Bar on March 8th 2012 in Morpeth. There will be snacks throughout the day, and a special Mediterranean dinner from 5pm. There will be stalls, a pamper area and craft activities and face painting to keep children amused. Head down to The Cumberland Arms for a night of music in Newcastle from 8pm on March 8th 2012! There will be live women’s folk music, featuring artists such as Lesley Role and Christi Andropolis. University student Jennie Bull is getting the boys involved and raising money to support women around the world with a fun event on March 11th 2012. The boys will don ladies heels and take part in a race, 'walking in her shoes’! If you would like to see who stumbles over their stilettos, head down to Durham Cathedral Green at midday. Oxfam fundraiser Pippa Kang is holding a speed dating event in Sheffield on Saturday March 10th 2012. Greens Health and Fitness Centre on Napier Street will be a hive of Get Together activity, with a raffle, a quiz and a cake sale!
