CanCan for Oxfam

Michelle Porter in Lewes Sussex is hosting a cancan workshop on March 8th 2012 based on ‘Frou frou, frivol and fun’. You will learn the classic cancan steps, be part of a short routine and participate in a cancan kick line. There will be refreshments of coffee and French pastries, plus clothes and trinkets in a Frou Frou swap. Get Together at Bo Peep

The manager of the Bo Peep restaurant and pub in Chelsfield, Kent is holding a cake and coffee Get Together. The event will take place on March 8th 2012 between 9:30am-11:30am and all are welcome to attend. There will be a raffle, delicious cakes and fantastic beauty treatments to purhcase, with all money raised going to the Oxfam Get Together. Get Together in West Sussex

Come and support women living in poverty worldwide at Wisborough Green Village Hall in West Sussex on March 10th 2012. The day runs from 10am-5pm and features coffee, cake, yoga and zumba sessions, and a raffle. 'She digs' Shindig

Hayley Cutting is holding a 'She digs, shindig!' party to show solidarity for female farmers on International Women's Day. The event will be held at the Caroline of Brunswick pub in Brighton on March 8th 2012 from 8pm-12am. DJs will be playing global beats and there will be delicious South American food.
