I am not sure what I could say to inspire you. But then, I wasn't sure how I was inspired to change the world.

Nevertheless I am changing the world. Every day, bit by bit, I am helping to make a difference - and it's all benefiting me too!

What people don't realise is that by changing the world, everyone wins. It's no big deal, no big effort, and you don't have to sacrifice anything. By changing one small thing in your life, you could be changing the whole world of someone else. Isn't that amazing? Wouldn't it be good to know that YOU have the power to change the world? Everyone does, but it takes some time or some thing to help you realise your potential.

"All you need is a willingness to change something about yourself, to help save the world of someone else."

You do not need to wear a fancy suit to change the world. You do not need to be famous to change the world. You do not need to be tall, or small, or fat, or thin, or grumpy, or smart to change the world. All you need is a willingness to change something about yourself, to help save the world of someone else.

Try some of these fast tracks to feeling better and making a change:

- Feel good about eating chocolate - buy fair trade chocolate. - Try some amazing wine - buy fair trade wine - For an excuse to stay on MSN time, or forward one from the many campaigning websites longer - write an email to your local MP at the same time - Talk to your friends about changing things - see why they do it or why they don't? - Do you have the power to influence them too? - Become an entrepreneur - set up and run a fundraising day

"My motto is a quote from Gandhi, 'You must be the change you want to see in the world.' I have the power to make a difference, and I will."

What I don't understand is how easy it is to help change the lives of so many people, yet so few of us do. Since I started writing this, 393 people have died of an infectious disease. With more awareness, this wouldn't happen.

I am not begging you to give up everything you own to change the world. I am not pleading with you to give up every hour of your day to change the world. I am simply asking you, to please make a difference. Just go out and feel good about your potential. You have so much power at your finger tips. All you need now is to act on it. Make a difference. Just change the world.
