Stern words on emissions cuts

Sir Nicholas Stern
Sir Nicholas Stern, London School of Economics Professor and author of the 2006 Stern Review on the economics of climate change, has had good things to say about Oxfam's climate change research.

In a Times article, today on the UK government's proposed Climate Change Bill, he stresses that poor countries are hit earliest and hardest, and that rich countries have greater responsibility for past emissions and should aim for a reduction in emissions by at least 80% by 2050:
