How can India address climate change and meet its energy needs?

Photo: Robin Hammond Oxfam GBThere's a detailed, but interesting and very readable, new report from the think tank, the Institute for Public Policy Research, on how India, where almost half the population do not have electricity, can address climate change and meet its energy needs.

The report recommends ways that multilateral and national donors, such as the World Bank, should help the Indian government deliver cheap, low carbon energy.
