Example of a bilingual campaign resourceIn order to respect of the language choices of our service users, Oxfam Cymru has adopted the principle that in the conduct of public business in Wales, it will treat the English and Welsh languages on a basis of equality. The scheme sets out how we will give effect to that principle when providing services to the public.

The voluntary scheme has been prepared in accordance with the Welsh Language Board's Guidelines under the Welsh Language Act 1993, and it is hoped it will be formally approved by the Welsh Language Board following the consultation process.
