Arthur Arthur the polar bear hit the Eisteddfod maes in August to give a warning that climate change is harming people here.


Arthur and a sturdy band of volunteers hard work paid off over the week with hundreds of people signing the Oxfam petition.

Many politicians also showed their support including: Peter Hain MP, Secretary of State for Wales and member of the UK Cabinet, Carwyn Jones AM, Wales's Counsel General and Leader of the House, Elin Jones AM, Minister for Rural Affairs, and Kirsty Williams AM, Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats

Many others promised to do their best against climate change - adding a blue handprint to a frieze around the stand.
