Barack Obama is our hero this week, for getting his local eat on. Dinners at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue are set to be greener from now on, The US President has recently hired top chef Sam Kass, who is renowned for his down to earth, organic cooking. Fans of the chef say that his awareness of current food issues shines through in his approach to cooking. "The cool thing about Sam is that he's very active, very involved with issues that relate to food. His goal has always been to improve the world from a food standpoint."
