Volunteer in our Milton Keynes warehouse

We have a wide range of roles in our newest warehouse in Milton Keynes.

These include: online stock controllers, pickers and packers, value spotters, photographers, fashionistas and online sales creators to help sort and prepare donated shop stock.

Volunteer in an Oxfam warehouse

Our warehouse in Milton Keynes is a next generation sorting and distribution hub for products on the Oxfam Online Shop. It is designed to handle the high volume of goods that are donated to Oxfam. The 40,000 square foot site has the capacity for us to list 50,000 items of clothing onto our online shop.

If you are interested in volunteering, we are looking for enthusiastic people with an eye for detail and who are computer literate to join our diverse team. In addition to individual volunteering opportunities we are always keen to involve corporate groups looking to give their time. We can accommodate groups of up to 20 people who will be able to get involved in a variety of tasks including sorting, photographing and describing the clothes.

Be part of it

When you volunteer in an Oxfam shop, you'll be joining a friendly team at the heart of your local community. And there are so many ways you can help - you could design window displays, list items for our online shop or specialise in a particular area, such as books or women's accessories. All the time, you'll be helping to raise as much money as possible for people living in poverty.

"I enjoy the feeling of belonging to a team. It's a wonderful community support system which does something bigger. The benefits are global and local."
