Nina is the Gender and Governance Manager with Oxfam GB in Afghanistan. She is responsible for both stand-alone women's rights programming as well as gender mainstreaming in the country programme.
Prior to this post, Nina was a gender consultant, conducting gender analyses of USAID-funded programmes and supporting capacity building of Afghan CSOs. She has also supported women's rights through campaigning in the UK and managing projects for empowering women in Jordan.
