Personal Whitelist Instructions
Many email programmes are able to reliably distinguish good email messages from spam email. When your email programme detects suspicious content (keywords, images, certain links) in a message or when the message comes from a suspicious address, the programme automatically sends that message to your junk folder. Very often, messages that sit in that folder longer than a preset duration are automatically deleted.
Sometimes, an email message from a legitimate sender that you wish to receive is incorrectly judged as spam and goes to your junk folder. You can take action to "teach" your email programme that email and images from that sender are acceptable and should be sent to your inbox.
The instructions below show you how to whitelist emails from Oxfam to prevent them from being deleted or sent to your junk folder.
