You can buy Fair Trade foods from selected Oxfam shops.

You'll also find that bananas, some Fair Trade teas, coffees, and chocolate bars are on sale in your local supermarket.

"'With the increased payment I get from Fair Trade I can now afford to buy food and clothes throughout the year," says one cocoa farmer. "Before I found it very difficult to make ends meet. I had less money and less food for myself and my family."

The Fair Trade Mark

The Fair Trade Mark

While out shopping see if you can spot the Fair Trade Mark. This international label appears on Fair Trade goods. It shows that what you're buying really does help those who have produced it. Find out which products carry the Fair Trade Mark and and where to buy them on the FairTrade Foundation website.

And remember - if your supermarket doesn't sell Fair Trade goods then ask them to.

You can make a difference. Support Fair Trade.
