Sudan - recipe
Ful-Sudani macaroons
Ingredients:
6oz (168 gms) sugar
4oz (112 gms) roasted peanuts
1 egg white
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method:
Grind the peanuts. Beat the egg white, and stir in the nuts, sugar,
salt, and vanilla essence. Pile in small heaps on to a sheet of
rice paper on a baking tray, and brown in a slow oven. Allow to
cool.
