What a World!

Oh! What a world we live in.
The world is sometimes full of happiness.
But other times there are sorrows and uncertainties.
Sometimes I find myself smiling, other times weeping
or torn between the two

Men clothed in little power suppress their fellow men.
Pride, arrogance, sycophancy, backbiting and selfishness
has taken over the world.

We look forward to a day
when men will really live like brothers,
loving one another and living
in absolute peace and happiness.

Above all things, let us never forget
that mankind constitutes one big brotherhood,
all born to live in this temporal world of mysteries
and pass away one day.
