Can I return a book?

Postage and Packing charges
We will always attempt to deliver any book to your door as quickly and economically as possible. Charges for postage and packing are listed below. Trade orders will not be charged shipping costs.

UK and Channel Islands: £3.25 for the first item; 50p for each additional item.
Maximum charge of £15.25

Europe: £6.50 for the first item; £2.95 for the next 14 items (i.e. items 2–15);
£2.50 per item for all items after item 15*

Rest of World: £8.95 for the first item; £3.95 for each next 14 items (i.e. items 2–15);
£2.95 per item for all items after item 15.*

CD-ROMs: if a CD-ROM is ordered as a single item, a flat rate of £3.50 will be charged. If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU, an additional £4.75 will be charged to cover registration/insurance for the CD.

*For larger orders, we will be happy to provide a quotation for carriage based on weight and destination.

Please note: Postage and packing charges quoted above are for our standard delivery service. If you require express delivery by courier, or door-to-door delivery through customs, please advise and we will forward a quotation.

Can I return a book?
You can return any product(s) supplied by Oxfam that do(es) not meet your needs, and receive a full refund for the cost of the product(s). You must return the item(s) within 28 days of the invoice date; the product(s) must be as new and returned in the original packaging, with a copy of the delivery note/invoice enclosed. Please enclose a short note stating your reason for returning the item(s).

The cost of delivery will also be refunded if the product(s) was(were) damaged during delivery, or if you received a product or products different from the product(s) you ordered.

Books must be returned to the distributor who supplied them to you; their address will appear on the delivery note/invoice.

The credit card used to purchase the book will receive a refund within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights
