Pupils determine the outcome of their own activities, developing skills such as organisation, time management, creativity, communication, and responsibility. They actively put those skills into practice through independent and participatory methods.
Activities can contribute towards a Youth Achievement Award, formally recognised and accredited by UK Youth and ASDAN.

"This fits in with what Ofsted says when they come to schools: it's all about independent learning and taking the lead. This programme has really helped these students improve their grades and develop their self awareness, confidence and initiative. It's excellent"
