This resource helps learners understand some of the issues involved in sugar cane production and compare and contrast these issues with the values Pepsi and Coca-Cola use to promote their brands.

It introduces learners to Oxfam's Behind the Brands campaign and suggests how they could use what they've learnt to take informed and responsible action.
