A resource for teaching about the Iraq conflict for ages 8–16.
Cover an important international and domestic topic with these materials on the Iraq war.
The activities allow you to explore students’ questions about the conflict, discuss the effect that the war has had on this country, examine techniques for resolving conflicts, and debate whether wars can ever be just.
There is also extensive background material to support your teaching. The activities link to Citizenship, PSHE/PSE/PSD, RE and Literacy/ English at ages 8–16.
