Deadline approaching for young campaigner award
Just a Friday quickie: the deadline for the Young Campaigner award (run by the Sheila McKechnie Foundation) is Monday 18 December. So if you think you, or anyone you know, are a likely candidate then enter the competition ASAP.
A bit more info: if you're aged 18 – 24 and have been an active campaigner this year, then you're in with a chance. The winner will receive a campaigning package that includes extensive campaigner training, and the chance to shadow decision-makers and have close contact with senior national campaigners.
