Success all round

The punters loved what Oxfam was doing. We got an incredible 18,000 sign-ups for Make Trade Fair and the campaigners enjoyed their work.

The Killers

Our celeb specialist Becks was there to help again at Leeds. This time her partner in crime was Sarah. Among many of the artists they were able to talk were the Killers and Kasabian. Both groups were really supportive of the campaign.

Party in the Oxfam tent

DJ Nat was pumping out some great tunes. With the music blasting the Oxfam tent was a magnet to the Leeds festival folk.

A couple of excited campaigners

Becks and Emily were certainly looking the part. Oxfamed to the max and Make Poverty History pants making the point. The festivals are an amazing chance to tell loads of peple about campaigns that they may have heard of but often don't know that much about. Well done campaigners!

Here we go again...

Fresh from V festival Chris was ready to advise a new bunch of volunteers about campaigning. We took 40 campaigners to Leeds, the biggest group yet for one of the summer festivals. Great things were expected of them.

If you fancy having a go at campaigning sign up to e-Xtra and you will find out about the latest opportunities.

18,000 sign ups - just from Leeds!

A massive, MASSIVE well done to the team of 40 campaigners at Leeds. They got a staggering 18,000 people to pledge their support for Make Trade Fair.

Lets start at the very beginning though and go back to day 1 at Leeds...
