The festival-goers at Stafford and Chelmsford once again made our traders and campaigners feel very welcome - over 10,000 brilliant V-people signed our petition and agreed that health and education should be available to everyone around the world.

The weather just about held out but if it rained we didn't care anyway - we were having too much fun dancing in our wellies to music from legends like Faithless, Morrissey, Kasabian, Groove Armada and Paul Weller and laughing at the wonderful outfits donned by our trading team.

In the Oxfam Tent, people couldn't get enough of our stickers, paninis and giant board games, whilst backstage we met loads of lovely bands that wanted to support Oxjam, including the Ordinary Boys, Starsailor and The Dears. Working backstage was hard work, but great fun. The bands were really receptive about Oxjam and Oxfam's work in general. We spoke to The Ordinary Boys, Young Knives, Jim Noir and The Dears about Oxjam and they all agreed to pose for photos with the Oxjam banner to show their support

My favourite festival moment has to be kitting out this lovely couple in a dinner jacket and wedding dress at V Chelmsford. Don't they make a pretty pair!
