Shared Planet is an amazing student conference run by the student campaigning group People and Planet. Hundreds of students come together every year to be inspired, talk about the issues and find out how they can take action.
This year promises to be the most impressive Shared Planet yet, with workshops on trade, HIV/AIDS and climate change and the usual stimulating speakers, including Guardian columnist and best-selling author George Monbiot.
And, what's more, this year's conference is taking place on the same weekend as the Stop Climate Chaos march in London. As part of the march, Shared Planet is helping to organise the Carnival of Climate Chaos - where 1,000s of students will protest together in a Rio-style parade.
