Oxfam's work is supported by thousands of passionate people who lobby our MPs for change, sort donations in our shops or raise valuable funds through sponsorship. We want our supporters to have a confident voice for Oxfam issues within their community, so we're launching Voices - a media training programme.

Voices will begin with a one day media seminar led by industry experts from traditional and new online media.

But that's just the start. Voices will also offer six months of ongoing training, including networking with other participants and mentoring calls from Oxfam's Media Officers. You'll become confident when communicating Oxfam's work and messages to your community, whether by pitching perfect press releases or sending tweets to your thousands of followers.

Do you want to participate?

If you're already an Oxfam supporter, whether that's campaigning in your community, volunteering in a shop or fundraising locally, please complete this application form as soon as possible. Successful first stage applicants will then be contacted for a further phone interview.
