Priority Applications LIVE!

We are very happy to announce that Priority stewarding applications are now open!

Stewards that have volunteered for Oxfam festival stewarding in the past 4 years will receive an email this morning, which will include their priority login details and instructions for accessing the applications system.

If you were one of the lucky few who applied successfully with the other system on 6 March, you should have received a phone call or email from us last week, confirming your places. If you log in on the new system please be aware that you will not be able to see your existing festival applications but you can add more!

If you were expecting to be a priority steward this year and do not receive an email by the end of today, please check your spam/junk mail first, then contact us via stewards@oxfam.org.uk or call 0300 200 1266 stating your name and the email address we would have on record for you.

Public applications
are now due to launch on Wednesday 27 March. If you are a first time steward and have registered your interest on the website, you will receive an email just before the launch with more information. If you have not registered your interest, you will still be able to apply to steward once the application system is open.

All stewards
- when applying please make sure you have what you need ready!

We know this sounds obvious, but there are quite a few things you need to submit as part of your application, a suitable ID photo, your National Insurance number, Doctors Details, Next of Kin, things like that. So please check the Before You Apply page to make sure you have everything at the ready, and can get your application in easily.

For more information about stewarding with Oxfam, please see our FAQs  which should answer lots of your questions, or head to our Stewarding Forum.

You can also follow us on Twitter @Oxfamstewards  and on Facebook Oxfam Festivals Team

We thank you all again for your patience while the applications launch has been delayed, and we're looking forward to seeing you at a festival this summer!
