Stewarding 2014 Priority Launch Announcement

Applications for priority stewards will now be opening on Thursday 27 February, after 10am.

As usual we will post information on our social media to let you know when it is open, so please check back for updates. Please remember that as priority stewards, you don't need to rush to apply immediately after we open, you can do it later in the day (or week) at a time that suits you.

Unfortunately due to a technical error, a testing version of the steward application form was active for a short period overnight 25/26 February and a small number of people who followed the link in their priority email early were able to access it. This has caused some unexpected delays today while we re-set the system, leading to the difficult decision to wait until Thursday morning to go live, to ensure we have sufficient staff available to support you all and deal with any queries as you complete your applications.

Please be aware that any applications made before we officially open on 27 February have NOT been successfully submitted as they were on a test system. No deposits/payments have been processed and the stewards involved will need to complete the application form again. If this effects you, we also recommend you clear your internet cache/cookies (temporary internet files that store your previous data) before you apply again on the live system. We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this has caused.

As always, we are thrilled that you are all so excited and eager to apply, to help us raise lots of money for Oxfam at festivals this year and to lift many more people out of poverty. We apologise for the delay and send our thanks from all the team for your patience, support and enthusiasm!
