Oxfam Stewarding Guide 2013 cover

Oxfam Stewarding Photo Competition 2014!

Each season we run a photo competition, giving our stewards the chance to flaunt their photography skills and send us their best festival snaps.

This season, we're on the look-out for the next cover shot of our Stewarding Guides (the little book of info that every steward receives). It needs to be a happy shot of a group of stewards in action, tabards on, done up and looking good, but we want it to be fun too! We've already had the can-can line, so what can you come up with? We want to see our stewards using their imagination and showcasing our brilliant stewards working-hard and having fun at festivals!

Not only will this season's winner's work be on the cover of our Stewarding Guides next year and acknowledged inside, they will also receive a signed acoustic guitar - the perfect prize for all those festival campfire sing-a-longs.
The guitar has been signed by 4 bands: Spector, Band of Skulls, The Hives and the Subways. Spector are playing a surprise Glastonbury show this year and Band of Skulls are also on the bill, whilst The Hives bring their brand of Swedish rock to Reading and Leeds Festival.  This guitar could be your own little piece of 2014 Festivals memorabilia! Check out Band of Skulls track 'Asleep at the Wheel' from their latest album 'Himalayan'

Laura Wickstead & her megaphone

Need some inspiration? Have a look at last year's winner, the lovely Laura Wickstead (and her megaphone,) who has been featured on the status updates "I'm Stewarding Festivals for Oxfam" and has been posted all over social media this season.

*Please be aware that competition entries may also be used elsewhere to promote Oxfam Stewarding, and we may not always be able to credit the photographer. Please make sure you have permission to photograph any stewards in your photo.
