The event aims to raise awareness about the reality of living in extreme poverty and raise essential funds for Oxfam's life-changing work.
When: Monday 29 April - Friday 3 May.
The challenge: £1 a day for all your food for 5 days.
900 million people still go to bed hungry every night - this is just plain wrong. Oxfam is one of many UK charities who are working to create a global movement around food and nutrition in 2013. This year, the world's most powerful leaders will meet at the G8 summit, they must act to change the lives of millions who face a hunger struggle, on every day of every week. By raising awareness and campaigning for change we can stop people going hungry and help them to feed themselves for good.
