Online Assistant Manager (Pinner)

Context:

To become fully trained as an Assistant Manager for an online bookshop.

Frequency: Flexible - 3 or 4 days a week to be decided by mutual agreement.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be trained to and operate as a Team Manager for the Hub
  • To be able to take responsibility for the operation of the Hub in the absence of a Manager
  • To understand the work that Oxfam does as a Charity
  • To understand Gift-Aid and to be able to implement
  • Managing and monitoring book listings
  • Implementing and monitoring a culling and cascading strategy
  • Organizing own work to ensure Pinner's objectives, deadlines and standards are met
