Context:
Our large shop deals with furniture and electrical as well as all household goods, books and music - it is a busy operation with many phone calls and customer queries. We need more volunteers on Sundays to join our team and help everything run smoothly.
Frequency: At least 1 day per week (Sundays).
Duration: Ongoing, at least for 3 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Working mainly on the till and answering the phone
- Dealing with customer service queries
- Helping to sort and arrange stock
- Full support and training will be provided.
Skills and competencies:
No experience is required, but volunteers must be dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
