Volunteer Shop Assitant (Wimbledon,London)

Context:

Ranging from till operatives to sorters pricers and various other duties We are particularly looking for someone who is proactive, able to multi task and most of all work within a diverse team.

Flexible hours and days.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sorting the vast donations that will arrive daily
  • Pricing and steaming the garments
  • Displaying the stock in the shop
  • Culling and cascading to our waste saver team and other shops
  • Operating the till

Skills and competencies:

We do not require any skills because training will be provided.

If you have any experience in fashion homewares, music, books etc we would love you to share your experience with us if you do not have any experience we hope that you will gain some working with us.

What this role can offer the volunteer:

This is an opportunity for someone to gain work experience, or simply help Oxfam in a well merchandized store with a diverse and warm team.
