Accessories Volunteer (Gateshead)

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in fashion to utilise their passion in a busy and pleasant shop. It is a flexible role which is on-going.

Frequency: Ideally 1 or more 4-hour shifts per week.

• Sorting through donated items
• Researching and pricing items
• Merchandising and displaying items
• Maintaining levels of stock in the shop
• Maintaining retail standards

• An interest in, and knowledge of, fashion and accessories
• Friendly and enthusiastic and being able to work in a team
• A keen eye for detail
• Reliability and consistency

• Valuable retail experience
• This role will give the applicant experience and an insight into fashion and accessories whilst working with a diverse team who all volunteer for a charity committed to combating poverty.

• Travel and Lunch expenses are reimbursed where agreed
• The opportunity to develop and improve the accessory department in a store, seeing the results of your own ideas is extremely rewarding
