Volunteer Team Leader (Edgware)(London)

Context:

To Supervise the running of the Oxfam shop, including opening and closing and cashing off and working with an established volunteer team.

Frequency: 2/3 days per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervising the volunteer team and training new volunteers
  • Sorting, pricing and merchandising stock
  • Customer service, voiding and refunds on till
  • Opening and closing the shop
  • Cashing off

Skills and competencies:

  • Experience of working within a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident in handling money
