Volunteer in our Milton Keynes warehouse

We have a wide range of roles in our newest warehouse in Milton Keynes.

These include: online stock controllers, pickers and packers, value spotters, photographers, fashionistas and online sales creators to help sort and prepare donated shop stock.

Volunteer in an Oxfam warehouse

More than 150 new volunteer opportunities are coming up at our warehouse in Milton Keynes - a next-generation sorting and distribution hub for products on the Oxfam Online Shop, designed to handle high volumes of goods donated to Oxfam. The 40,000 sq. ft. site will give us the capacity to eventually list 150,000 books and 50,000 clothing items from the site - that's six times more than we've been able to handle until now!

Positive impact

Oxfam's retail operations in the UK have a major positive impact on the environment because they enable the reuse and recycling of many donated goods. So not only will you be helping overcome poverty and suffering, you'll also be helping the environment.

In 2010, the average sales per shop volunteer raised enough money to provide 100 farmers and their families with the tools they need to become self-sufficient.
