Terms and conditions
Participants can enter for free by completing their details in the entry form and typing in their headline.
The competition begins on 25 September 2008 and the last entries will be chosen on the 17 October 2008.
The prize of having their headline displayed on at least 8 billboards in London between 6 to 19 October 2008 will be awarded to up to 14 entrants.
No cash alternative is available.
Entrants must have access to the internet, and if under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
Winners will be chosen in advance of the billboard publication by an independent judge and Oxfam staff (full names available on request).
Winning participants will be notified by email at least 12 hours in advance of billboard publication.
We reserve the right to publish the names of entrants on our billboards, website and newsletter.
By entering this competition, the author gives Oxfam permission to use their headline in Oxfam's promotional materials for the duration of the competition.
No purchase is necessary.
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
