Campaigning at festivals: Fix the system
At festivals every summer, we meet thousands wanting to support Oxfam's poverty-tackling campaigns. It's why we're there. We want to meet you too so grab one of our volunteers or head over to the Oxfam marquee.
This year we're launching our brand new campaign: GROW. It's about fixing the broken food system.
Piece-by-piece.

Why is Oxfam at festivals?
From RockNess to Bestival, our festival-goers are showing their support for the GROW campaign by getting their hands dirty. It's a fun way to start talking about how to get more involved. You'll see our volunteers with buckets of paint, helping people join in and discussing issues about food justice.
We know the food system is bust. But we also know that at festivals we'll meet people who want to do something about it.
Together, we can help to fix it ... roll up your sleeves.

Get involved
Showing your support at festivals is a huge help and we'd love you to stay involved with the campaign afterwards.
In your region
In Britain, Oxfam has six regional offices dedicated to supporting local campaigners and volunteers. There are loads of ways to get involved; from groups meeting once a month and 'outreach' volunteers taking campaigns to local gigs, to posing for a media stunt photo for the local press. You can get involved by doing almost anything that appeals to you.
Get in touch
The first step is getting in touch. Check out the Enabler or speak to someone at your local office and let them know you want to get in on the action!
