Why recycle with us?

Why recycle with us

  • Because everyone deserves life’s little luxuries. Clean water. Food. Education for their children…

Oxfam works with some of the poorest families and communities in the world – to help them get this sort of thing.

Recycling unwanted mobile phones is a quick, easy, environment friendly way for you to help us make this happen.

What happens next?

What happens next?

  • Mobile phones get a thorough going over. If they can be refurbished, they’ll be repackaged and put to good re-use.

Obsoletes and duds are passed on to specialist recyclers. These guys are environment friendly and responsible. They dismantle every part safely – including every bit from the battery – for re-use in industry.

Inkjet cartridges are turned into…  inkjet cartridges!
